1970's HITACHI TK-1015L - AM/FM RADIO

Dimensions: 200 x 140 x 55mm / 7.9 x 5.6 x 2.2"

The Hitachi K-1015L was introduced in 1973 and it is a mains or battery radio.
It is a portable High Quality Sound Radio with a very nice classy design.
It is a three waveband radio - LW, MW and full FM from 87.5 - 108 MHz.
MW & LW reception is from an internal ferrite rod and there is a 20" swivel base telescopic aerial for FM. It has rotary tuning and volume controls and a rear mounted wavechange switch.
 

This Hitachi retro set is all original and complete in its original box with its original headphones and mains lead. It is in near mint cosmetic condition. It has a strong metal and plastic carry handle.

The radio is working very well on all three wavebands

It will work direct from the UK 240 volt mains (mains lead supplied)

or from 4 x AA size batteries (not supplied)
