 The Roberts RM50 was produced from 1976 - 1979 .

It is a mains only radio receiver covering the:

Medium Waveband from 200 to 550 Mtrs

Long Waveband from 1200 to 2000 Mtrs  and

The full FM VHF band from 87.5 - 108 MHz.

It has an illuminated dial and a sensitive internal ferrite rod aerial which can be rotated by a lever at the back of the radio for best reception of the MW / LW wavebands and an external aerial socket for VHF. There is switchable AFC on the FM band. There is a 5 pin DIN socket for tape recorder etc. 

This classic radio is housed in a strong solid teak cabinet with dovetailed joints making an attractive design feature.

The RM50 provides push button switching and rotary tuning and volume controls which make it simple to operate. Separate rotary bass and treble controls give it a high standard of reproduction from the intenal elliptical loudspeaker.

This Radio has been fully checked, cleaned, polished and serviced and is all in excellent, near mint cosmetic condition, very clean externally and internally.
The teak wooden cabinet is in excellent condition.
It is all original and complete. No missing knobs, buttons or metal caps!!!

It works very well on all 3 wavebands and has a very loud and clear sound.
It comes complete with its own mains lead and plug.
