The Super Sovereign  RP75 was introduced in 1972. It was the Hacker flagship - best of the best!

The Super Sovereign is a multi-band portable receiver covering the Long, Medium, VHF/FM plus 2x Short wavebands - their only radio set combining the FM/VHF and Shortwave bands.

It requires eight 1.5V 'D'batteries or an external 12 volt PSU (neither supplied)
