RARE VINTAGE 1960's Decca Debonaire Deluxe - PORTABLE TRANSISTOR RADIO
Size: 255 x 180 x 95mm / 10 x 7 x 3.8"
Produced in 1961 the Debonaire Deluxe is a 6 transistor portable radio covering the Medium and Long wavebands.
Reception is from an internal ferrite rod and there is a socket for an external or car aerial. It has a nice slow motion tuning dial.
The radio is housed in a strong case with a leather carry strap.
It has been fully checked and serviced.
It has been cleaned internally and externally. This DECCA looks beautiful and is all in excellent cosmetic condition, complete and original.
As this is a more than 50 years old radio it may have some light age related marks.
The radio works very well on both wavebands.
Lots of clear close up photos are provided in order to see the cosmetic condition in detail.
As the original PP1 6V batteries are very expensive and not easy to find Two Battery boxes which each take 4 AA batteries have been fitted so you can listen and enjoy your radio with no problems. (Batteries not included)
